Actinic LE/Catalog

Actinic Catalog includes everything you need to design, build and run a business Web site and online store, for selling direct to consumers. Easy to use design themes provide a choice of style. Store updates are made easily from your PC through a Windows interface. Orders are downloaded securely to be processed and invoiced; reports for stock monitoring, back order management and shipping can also be generated.

Actinic Business

Actinic Business includes everything you need to build, design and manage a sophisticated high volume e-business site and online store for selling to other businesses, to consumers, or both.

Actinic Business integrates all elements of a Web store, from site design and product catalogue through to order processing and printing of invoices. Advanced features include customer account management, customised price schedules for individual customers, customer-specific store content, quantity based discounts and linking to external databases.

Actinic Cover

Actinic Cover is an optional, comprehensive package of add-on services for Actinic Catalog and Actinic Business that are designed to bring year round peace of mind for businesses involved in the fast moving e-commerce environment.

Included in Actinic Cover is priority access to the Actinic technical support hotline for up to 10 incidents with a 2 hour response time for critical issues. Free version upgrades during the period of cover are also included as well as optional participation in the Actinic beta programme. You will also receive a regular e-mail newsletter and access to Actinic's customer Web site with hints, tips and advice on current issues, both technical and commercial.

Actinic Cover renews on an annual basis. Before the renewal date Actinic will contact you direct to establish if you wish to renew the cover for an additional year.
